Minimum contract period is 12 month.

What is BinaryRacks data centre access policy?

Full Data Centre access is available 24/7 with 2 hours notice for full racks only. 1U up to half racks are shared betwenn multiply customers, thus it can not be accessed by end users for security reasons as it may host multiply customers’ equipment. However any task or hardware configuration/installation can be arranged to be managed by our data center team upon your request.
